James enjoys teaching tech skills just as much as learning them. In fact, he spent a year teaching high school after 15+ years working for a large security software corporation.
James has deep experience in backup software and enterprise IT support having helped many Fortune 500 companies troubleshoot their systems and backups, whether it requires expertise in a Server OS, a database, or a complex network infrastructure.
He has also developed a recent interest in researching unusual attack vectors for network security, whether they be digital or via social engineering. In fact, he kind of can’t shut up about the book by the very first renowned hacker, Kevin Mitnick: “Ghost in the Wires: My Adventures as the World's Most Wanted Hacker.”
